SPR# GGUZ4KERL8 - The message "enter a number in decimal format between 0 and 1" is no longer received when trying to save a "Statistic Monitor" document, using Events4.nsf.

Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Domino 5.0.4a.
As a workaround, if you cannot upgrade to 5.0.4a, have the Administrator
downgrade the template to an earlier version of R5.x (preferably 5.0.2c).Supporting Information:
In this case, the radio button selected is "Monitor as number", but the
Threshold tab is looking for a percentage. If "Monitor as percentage of the
whole" is selected, then the Threshold changes to the input for a number
value. However, regardless of which type of monitoring is selected, Notes
cannot save the document.
The problem is you cannot measure number of messages waiting to be delivered as
a percentage; it has to be a whole number. If you are trying to set an alarm
for number of waiting messages, a percentage is not adequate.
